The Senior Business Analyst RPA role will bring experience, skills, maturity, and capabilities to fulfil the objectives and responsibilities outlined below.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) deployment stages & deliverables
  • Evaluate and perform RPA fit analysis to qualify and confirm right fit RPA and AI/ML opportunities
  • Groom RPA , AI/ML opportunities working in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Create, review & validate Business Requirements Document (BRD) & business process details for all types of RPA projects
  • Participate in ideation sessions to help identify RPA opportunities
  • Perform risk assessment and impact on upstream & downstream processes for critical projects
  • Prepare test scenarios to validate solution & collaborate with business to gather test data
  • Provide solution/recommendation on process optimization before automation wherever applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations / Finance / Management; MBA is desirable
  • Understanding of UiPath tool must
  • RPA Business Analyst Certification preferred

Experience & Capabilities

  • Total 7- 9 years of experience, out of which 3 years of relevant experience in RPA technologies
  • In-depth understanding of RPA technologies like UiPath and other tools
  • Experience with solutioning OCR and related technologies
  • Proficient in one or more process areas and has a basic level proficiency in two or more process areas. Work responsibilities typically focus on two or more domain
  • Proven track record of deploying several automations in an IT Company or start up environment
  • ‘Self-starter’ with the ability to conceptualize, communicate and solicit alignment and buy-in.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
