Hi Guys,
Having an issue when running processes on a virtual machine - When running the process on a physical machine each transaction item is picked up from the Orchestrator and processed correctly (Open Chrome, Go To Site, Extract Information, Write to Excel).
Although when I’ve ran the process from a virtual machine; the first transaction item is picked up and processed correctly; although the second transaction will never complete. Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this before? I’ve ran the process from the agent along with in an unattended state; both failing to process the second transaction.
The logs are not showing any sign of failure; the process seems to be in a “Waiting” state to click on the next element or extract a piece of data.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
