VLOOKUP ISSUE for my Report

Hi,

I need some help in resolving my issue about VLOOKUP.

I got got a report that need to be done before the 30th of October and my vlookup seems not to be working like before, I’m not certain if the RAW data that was being sent by Our client has change or it’s my formula that has a problem.

please help me.
