Vlookup activity problem

Hi, I have a problem with vlookup activity and working on two excels. I want it to go through all the rows in excel no. 1 and search for the name and surname from excel no. 1 in excel no. 2 and copy the value from column 15 and paste it into excel no. 1. But after clicking “run”, the robot does nothing, a message appears that it has completed the operation successfully, but it did nothing. Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Instead of using Vlookup, use “Join Datatable” this way:
