I work with two different system (Servicenow and OTRS) where clients make a request and we need monitoring and updete everyday the status of requests. i need automatize this with ui path. in servicenow system i can instal the report to excel with all requests and see a status one per one, but i need compare the status of requests in excel with each status in other plataform called OTRS, i need develop one format of unique vision to compare the status of excel reports with status in OTRS system automatically, someone can help me with these question please?
