Versions of UiPath and packages

Hello there,

I have UiPath desktop app on my laptop whose version is 2021.4.4.
Another PC (PC_A) uses older version than mime (i dont know what version).

A server uses version 2020.10.2.

I tried to open a robot created by PC_A and it raised an error below.

I created a robot with the 2021.4.4 version of UiPath and tried to run it on the server whose version is 2020.10.2 and it raised the same error.

I tried to update the packages but it raised the same error.

Blockquote
NuGet.Protocol.Core.Types.FatalProtocolException: The feed ‘https://www.myget.org/F/workflow/ [https://www.myget.org/F/workflow/]’ lists package ‘Microsoft.Identity.Client.4.14.0’ but multiple attempts to download the nupkg have failed…

However, when I open another robot which was created with 2021.4.4 and it opened with no error, and after that, I reopened the robot created by PC_A again, and updated the packages. It succeeded.

Is this random or is there any reason of this?

Also, when is the best timing to update to a newer UiPath?
The server uses 2020.10.2 version and has a lot of robots. If its UiPath is updated to the newest version, may the same issue be occur again?
How do I avoid it and what is the best way to update UiPath?

Thank you,
