Quick check, how much time does it take to upgrade UI path to a newer version.
What is an acceptable timeline and process… in the sense does it need to be on all the 3 environments and time for each environment also will help.

When you are going to upgrade better to go with the Dev Environment first by placing 1-2 hrs of time as requirement
Before making any environment update take the snapshot and try upgrading, so this will help if the current upgrade breaks for any reason you can always roll back using the snapshot

It’s really depends upon how many process you have and once upgrade also you need to run and check that every process is running fine. Accordingly, you can give an estimate
