Latest UiPath versions focus a lot on AI and unified development. We now have one Studio for RPA, APIs and AI agents, Autopilot to help build workflows faster, better Document Understanding with GenAI, stronger Orchestrator features, improved testing tools, and more security around data and credentials.

Pros are faster development, smarter automations, better insights, and less manual effort. Cons are a higher learning curve, some features need good governance, and licensing plus performance can feel complex for small projects.
