Hello, How to know if a library in manage packages is UiPath official verified?

UiPath official packages starts with ‘UiPath…’ and developer would be UiPath.
Anything except this would be 3rd party developed package.

I believe if you require only UiPath Official activities or packages, then you should only use the packages that start with UiPath or UiPathTeam (although not official).
If by verification, you mean, the other third party packages being verified by UiPath for usage, then you could go to Marketplace and check that package out. There are two types of Certifications being alloted based on the type of checks the UiPath team would have completed on the Component - Silver and Gold Certified.
Gold Certified is considered as the final form of quality checks done on the component where it would satisfy all the security concerns and is as good as UiPath’s way of creating components.
