VBA trust issue in excel

As shown in the picture, I have followed the requirements but when launching it still shows an error. How can I fix it? Please help me.

After saving the settings in excel try restarting the excel.

remember save the excel and keep it

restart the computer if possible then let see if it still keep the setting

Also select fourth option from the list.

Enable all macro

For macros to run you should select the last radio button along with the check box below
