아마 업데이트 하고는 상관 없으실 겁니다.

구버전 그냥 Studio는 언어 선택 항목이 없습니다.
20.04 라면 아마 Studio Pro일 경우에만 c#선택이 가능했던 것 같은데,
21.10버전 이후로 Studio Pro는 사라지고 그냥 Studio로 통합되었으니 아마 최신버전으로 업데이트만 하면 보일 겁니다.
