Variables pane pops up when removing a sequence

Scenario:

Steps to reproduce: Add a sequence (can be empty) and then remove it

Current Behavior: If Variables pane is minimized, it opens up

Expected Behavior: It shouldn’t pop up at all

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: Studio Community vs 2017.1
