Try to downgrade package from Manage Packages Under Uipath.uiautomation activities, it wll work.

It looks like you are using the snippets. But instead of drag and dropping the xaml file from the Snippets panel to an existing workflow file, you opened the snippet itself. Here, it says that it is read-only:

This is why you cannot edit the property.
