Value does not fall within the expected range - Practice-4(Lesson-4)

Hi Guys, I am trying Lesson-4 practice for writing a content in the notepad. Even after indicating the notepad text area correctly, I am getting error saying " Value does not fall within the expected range". May I know what is the exact issue?

Open ‘notepad.exe New’: Value does not fall within the expected range.
