Good morning everyone,
Today i’m facing with orchestrator > tenant > machines > non-compliant problem.
Initially, I realized that processes’ status are pending, then i checked the machines, I saw that prod machine status is non-compliant.
I thought that services > UiPath robot service should be restarted, i restart the services but nothing has changed.
I attached the screenshot.
Can you help me with this issue, what should i do?

can you try with that methods
1- Go to Orchestrator and check if the machine is online. If not, try to manually ping or reconnect it.
2- Go to Orchestrator → License section and make sure the Robot license is valid and there are enough licenses available.
3-If there’s a version mismatch, upgrade or downgrade the robot on the machine to match the required version.

Please make sure UiPath Studio and UiPath Assistant version should same. If not please update both accordingly.

Make sure your Robot version is 2024 version because the 2025 version is not yet released for Enterprise this could result in this error.
