We had started out with a single VM and 2 unattended licenses, using 2 windows accounts. Recently we added a 3rd license and a 2nd VM for redundancy, with a 4th license planned in a couple months. We would like to gain use of that 3rd license now in the following configuration but have had issues:
Prod Machine Template
UIPathVM1: UserAccount1, UserAccount2
UIPathVM2: UserAccount1
UserAccount1 would be the same AD credentials for both VMs, but UserAccount2 does exist for UIPathVM2 as well. When we try to assign them to the same machine group it fails to license because there aren’t 2 more licenses available(only 1) for UIPathVM2. We aren’t trying to license the 4th bot or even switch between accounts, we just want to statically assign these 3 machine/account combos. Putting these in different templates would work but then we can’t assign them to the same queue triggers.
