Using text along with document in action center

Is there a way to use text along with the document in the UiPath action center ?
So I am highlighting the errors in a document using python and wants to display that document in the action center where the human who is in loop can verify the Errors highlighted in the document, review them and make the changes if necessary.

I have tried du framework where I can use validation station but it has limitations like I can not use with python scope.
