Using Send smtp errors

Hi,

I using Send smtp aktivities while robot is working i have an errors “authentication credentials invalid.” but last week there is no problem, how can i solve problem?

Hey @sedayngl_sedayngl33 Try to manual login with that user id and password that you are using .this exception says that the password is invalid might be the password is being changed and in you flow or asset having the old one .if the password is being updated update it to on asset or where are you passing the values.

It may be due to the credentials would have been expired. Check with your SMTP Admin.
