Hi @nikhil.chandre

  1. Make sure that the Outlook account you’re using in UiPath has the necessary permissions to send emails. Some Outlook accounts may have restrictions, especially if they are managed by an organization.

  2. Close and restart both UiPath and Outlook. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply restarting the applications.

  3. Run in debug mode and check the variable in Local Panel

i’d checked 1. and 2. point, same issue

for 3. i am actually executing using UiPath Orchestrator, so the execution is going on VM
