Using Lookup Range in Excel and Convert :

Example Using Lookup Range to Find XXX, find in M16, how to :

1. Find XXX in M16, and i just want result = M
2. Find XXX in M16, and i just want result = 16
3. Find XXX in M16, and i just want to convert M into number/row = 13
4. Find XXX in M16, and i just want to convert 16 into Column = P
