Using Exchange Activities with Outlook Online

Hi there,

My company recently migrated to using O365, Office Online and I am trying to use Exchange Activities but am facing quite a few complications. I am able to access the mailbox in outlook online, so I know it isn’t a permissions issue.

I am unsure of what format to provide for the Server and Username inputs. We have gotten various errors that aren’t the most helpful: “Unable to connect to the remote server” in most instances and “The response received from the service didn’t contain a valid XML” in one.

Any guidance would be greatly helpful, we’ve looked at other issues and haven’t found any resolutions that work for us.

The server Usually is “https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx”, username should be “user@company.com”, type your Domain name and password. in ExchangeVersion, usually latest is good for Office365
