Users unable to update their pw in Orch

Hi all,

I have users (and I have tested this myself using their account details, happens for me too now) complaining that Orchestrator is prompting them for a new PW when they log in and upon giving current, new and confirm new passwords they get an error saying “The NewPassword field is required uipath, The CurrentPassword field is required uipath”. Has anyone else experienced this?

They’re also not getting emails from “forgotten password” (have checked junk/spam/firewall blockers) etc. Has anyone experienced this? Orch 2020.10

I met the same issue . is there any solution for that?

We have also the same issue. It is interesting, because it seems to work for a few guys, but a few also have this problem. Is there still any solution for it?

Was not able to fix the issue but the following workaround helped me…

  1. Login to Orchestrator Tenant/Settings/Security

  2. Deactivate “Should change password on first login”
