User is unlicensed in my Orchestrator

Hi I have problem with my Orchestrator.

When I created Robot, the user says it is unlicensed.
Is this normal?

I have NODE-locked license

Open CMD prompt and then type whoami. It will give you exact domainName\ username and same thing enter here.
