User is unable to click the 'Play' button to start a job from Triggers page

Need assistance on this issue.

Added new user to Automation User group.

User is able to start a job at the Jobs page.

However, at the Triggers page, under Time Triggers, user is unable to click on ‘play’ button to start a job. When mouse over the ‘play’ button, it says:

"Missing permissions, you require the following:

Machines [View]"

Can anyone advise what settings are missing?

You can add role for user member

This means that the user does not have the permission to view machines in Orchestrator. This permission is required to start a time trigger, as the time trigger needs to know which machines to run the job on.

I don’t remember the exact navigation but if I m not wrong,

  1. Go to the Tenant page in Orchestrator.
  2. Click on the Manage Access tab.
  3. In the Roles section, find the Automation User role.
  4. Click on the Edit button.
  5. In the Permissions section, check the box next to the Machines [View] permission.
  6. Click on the Save button.

Thank you both. Yes what I’m missing is a new Tenant role with the View option checked under Machines. Works fine now. Cheers!
