When tried to log in using SSO, error "User-does-not-exist-in-any-organization. Please reach out to your administrator, and ask them to add you to an organization(#216)." is thrown.
The issue occurs when Attributes are not configured as expected in Okta , validate below steps,
- For Attribute Statements, added the following:
- Name: http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/emailaddress
- Left the Name Format as Unspecified
- Set Value to user.email, or the user attribute that contains the user's unique email address
- Verify the user login via SAML SSO .
