Use Sharepoint to exctract email addresses

You need to install the office365 activities package in UiPath. After that follow the below steps.

Steps:

  1. Use the Get Groups activity to retrieve a list of groups from SharePoint.
  2. Use a For Each loop to iterate over the list of groups.
  3. Inside the loop, use the Get Users in Group activity to retrieve a list of users in the current group.
  4. Get the mail ID’s and store into variable
  5. Use the Send Outlook Mail Message or SMTP mail activity to send an email
