Use of community license for small scale companies

I’ve been seeing some topics that say: “If the Customer is either an individual, or
an organization that, together with its Affiliates, collectively have (a) less than 250 physical or virtual machines or users and (b) less than the equivalent of USD 5 (five) million in annual revenues, the Customer is deemed a “Small Business” and may use the Software for internal business purposes only.”.

I checked the last Community Edition agreement and this information no longer appears. Does this mean I can no longer use it for my only internal automation?

the wording was removed in newer Community agreements, and Community is now intended mainly for learning, evaluation, and non-commercial use. So if you’re using it today under the current agreement, internal business/production automation may no longer be covered. To be safe for internal automations, you’d need a paid license.
