Use Excel File: open the file but close it automatically

Hi all,
I’m trying to do my first automation, but something as simple as opening a file doesn’t work for me.
The file opens but automatically closes.
I have the Add-in installed and I have also tried it with Word and it does the same for me.
If anyone can help me.
