Let me share my perspective:
In my article, I positioned UiPath Agents and Robots as complementary components of a system that evolves towards Agentic Automation in simple terms so that a beginner-level automation engineer can understand.
For example:
- The HR Engagement Agent, invoked via API, makes decisions based on dynamic employee interactions, such as personalized onboarding schedules that consider the calendar, sending personalized communications, etc.
The use cases you suggested—HR Recruitment Automation and Bank Reconciliation—are excellent examples of how Agentic AI should be. I will be covering more complex scenarios and use cases in future.
