URLs required for Studio to access Orchestrator

Hi everyone

We are migrating the virtual machines (VMs) on which we develop and run our robots to a new IT infrastructure where every outgoing connection is blocked in the proxy by default.

As such, we are looking for a list of URLs / IP addresses that we need to configure in order for UiPath Studio to be able to connect to the UiPath Cloud Orchestrator, and in order for us to be able to develop and run our robots.

We already added cloud.uipath.com and several others, so the web login for Orchestrator works, but Studio says “No such host is known” (which means the connection to Orchestrator failed).

I searched the forums and the documentation, but most information seems to be related to firewall configuration when you have an on-premises Orchestrator.

Any pointers in the right direction would be very much appreciated.

Rudolf

Welcome to UiPath forum

To interact with UiPath Cloud services, you may need to allow access to additional URLs and IP addresses. UiPath Cloud services are hosted on various cloud providers, so you may need to whitelist the IP ranges of those providers.

Hi @Palaniyappan

Thank you very much for the quick response!

To be honest, I am a bit ashamed that I did not find those pages myself :-/
I will make more of an effort next time!

Just in case anyone else stumble on this post, I would like to point out that the Robot page is now called Services the robot connects to and the Orchestrator page is Configuring the firewall

Thank you again!

Rudolf
