[Urgent] Locked of Level 3 - Advanced Training

I am currently trying to finish the Level 3 - Advanced Training, and it’s 46% already.

While I was evaluated on assignment 1 “Calculate Hash” I was locked out.
Now I cannot open the course material, there’s no Play button on the page.

I found the same issue from following page, but didn’t find the solution. pls help.
