Urgent help needed for project! Word Application Scope

Hi I have encountered this error, my microsoft is 2004 version 64-bit, I can’t really reinstall it as 32-bit due to work reason, is there other method to solve this? Thank you!

Edit: If this is happening on the word application scope the only thing left to do is automating the user interface of word.
