[URGENT] Hackathon 2025 Student Access Blocked

Below are the details regarding my student

access issues:

1. Current Issues

Missing Features:

• Orchestrator and Data Service tabs no longer appear (see attached StudentAccount_MissingFeatures.png)

• Studio defaults to license errors despite unsubscribing from Enterprise. (see attached Login Issue for Studio.png)

2. Impact on Healthcare Acedemic/Research Context

My Care Sentinel AI project (developed during Hackathon 2025) is now blocked from:

• Real-world testing with NZ healthcare providers

• HL7/FHIR integrations needed for hospital for testing feasibility

• Compliance validation with Te Whatu Ora standards

3. To continue this zero-revenue research project, I require:

• Orchestrator visibility

• Data Service availability

• Community/Education license tier

This prototype is still a learning initiative. Any future commercialization would require formal licensing upgrades through proper channels.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you. I understand how difficult it must feel to have your access blocked, especially when it’s impacting your study plans.

Just to clarify, this appears to be a Student Hackathon, and it’s not organized by our Community team. I’m currently trying to identify who in our organization is responsible for this specific event so I can redirect your request appropriately.

Could you please share where you registered for the hackathon or any links or emails you’ve received related to it? That would really help me trace the right contact for you.

Thank you so much for your kind response and for looking into this. I really appreciate your support.

To clarify, I registered for the AgentHack 2025 Hackathon through the official UiPath event portal and received access to a dedicated Hackathon environment via email from the organizing team. The environment link was:

We built and submitted our project (CareSentinelAI) within that environment. After submission, however, my student account (patelroopa148@gmail.com) lost access to:

• Orchestrator and Data Service tabs
• Studio Pro features like multi-workflow development and testing
• Maestro and Agent Builder, which were key components of our agentic automation logic

To avoid halting development completely, I briefly activated a Basic Plan — but this turned out to be an insufficient stopgap. It doesn’t provide the features we used during the Hackathon and has not resolved the issue. I want to clarify this was done purely to bridge access temporarily for research/testing, and not for any commercial activity.

This is quite urgent, as I am scheduled to present the MVP in two weeks to HealthTech Activator (HTA) in New Zealand. The goal is to demonstrate a real-world use case of UiPath’s agentic automation in a healthcare context and receive validation for possible pilot testing. We want to represent UiPath’s platform as accurately and professionally as possible.

If you’re able to help route this to the right internal team (perhaps the Hackathon or Academic/Partner team), I’d be incredibly grateful.
