How to troubleshoot 400 bad request for the model upload?
Issue Description
Unable to deploy the pre-trained ML skill package due to the following error:
Error: 400 Bad request,
Under the ML Logs this is all it says "blob 05872270276***d/172**46829/DocumentUnderstanding.zip is missing or invalid"
Resolution
A 400 Bad Request error occurs when a server is unable to process a request due to a client error. To troubleshoot this, we can follow the steps below:
- Please check the network trace and see if there is any proxy or any other networking restrictions. You can see the remote address (highlighted in the above screenshot) is different than the S3 and it is an internal proxy.
- Try to browse and see if there is any restriction on it; generally, a proxy could be restricting it, which was the case here.
- Try to use a machine in the same VPC without a proxy and see if it solves the problem.
If the issue persists:
- Collect the HAR trace
- Collect the support bundle and create a case with the support team.
