Uploaded the certification file but not getting any message

I just took UIPAth Advance certification. It was my third attemp. I uploade dthe files but after that I am getting a message " You will NOT be able to proceed to the Practical Exam unless you pass the Theoretical Quiz!

After you pass the Quiz, you will need to pass the Practical Sessions.

For your reference, we recommend you to consult the Grading Scheme before starting the Practical Exam.

Unfortunately, you do not have any more attempts available to pass the Practical Session

Please contact us for further details"

Is this normal? It doesnt show any results.
