Communication mining IXP - Unable to upload records from studio. was able to retrieve the messages from mailbox but receiving this error while running upload record activity in studio. Please assist.

As per error looks like you/robot dont have permissions to do so

I am not sure which access is missing. I have CM Project Admin access on the project.
Check if user have ‘Sources admin’ AND ‘Edit messages’. Permissions.
If you are project admin you should be having access..but from the machine are you using same user to login? Or is there a service or robot account that is connected?

Hi, usually this error means that you’re using an incorrect project name in the “Project” field. You should find your source in the ixp UI and look at the Name field. This is in the format Project Name/Source Name so in the attached screenshot the project name is “bayes-inc” and the source name is “bayes-inc-demo”.

I am running a UiPath studio on my machine to load the emails connecting to the shared mailbox. reached out to our TAM for an update. will post it here when they provide an answer. Thanks for responding to my posts.
