Upload Package error (token A in JSON at position 0)

Hi guys,

I am trying to upload my packages to the Orchestrator but every time I am trying that, it gives me the error (Syntax Error: Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0).

Any idea how can I overcome this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help

have you tried looking at your .json file?

It should start like this:

If you close your Studio, delete the .json file for the project, and then open the workflow again, it should automatically create a new file (that should work)

My JSON looks fine in my package. Any other suggestions?

have you tried deleting it or renameing it, and generate a new one anyways?
If not i would recommend that first.
Besides that i have no better ideas :S

Same problem here…json file looks ok

Are you trying to upload a package on https://academy2016.uipath.com/? There is a known issue regarding packages there and it’s in progress to be fixed.

Please check if the same error is on Orchestrator CE: https://platform.uipath.com.

any Idea when this issue will be fixed?
I am facing the same problem

I’ll let you know when it’s fixed. Until then, i think there is a workaround. You can use Orchestrator CE: https://platform.uipath.com, create a tenant there, go to Packages page and upload a package manually. It’s pretty much the same as the 2016.2 version(for Package upload).

Any word on when the fix will be completed?
I’m also having a (different) problem with Orchestrator CE.
Thanks

Hi Hal,

What is the problem you have on Orchestrator CE? Please note that it’s different from Orchestrator 2016.2 in Academy.

I am also facing the same problem any other solution?
