Upload excel file error

i am doing level 3 assignment 2,and when upload my report excel file ,it always gives me a window about " some problem …",but if i try to upload file by myself not robot,it will be ok.
anybody know why?

Is it uploading correct excel file ?

Do one thing. Once you received that error popup stop BOT and upload the same file again and check it once.
