Upgradation

Hi All,

Good day!!

How to do smooth upgradation without affecting the production environment.
We are currently using the 2018.2.6 and we would like upgrade to 2019.4.3. I think that upgrading non prod first and after successfully testing the work flows further upgradation (Dev, prod, front office and back office bots ). Can anyone advise the best on this upgradation? Really appreciate your help and time.

  1. If you are using community edition than it will be little difficult to get back for previous version because current vesrion is 2019.7.0.

  2. If you are using enterprise edition you can contact support team for this.
