Updating UiPath makes deactivate?

When updating UiPath, will it be deactivated or not?
We can not update soon, but we’d like to know it.

No, it will not be deactivated in most cases, exception being if you upgrade from V8 (if I remember correctly) to 2016.1 or newer, as the licensing changed in between.
