Updating the Org Admin email not working

On-Prem Orchestrator 2022.4.0.

When you update the Org Admin email address from the Accounts & Groups page, it doesn’t update the profile record for the Admin user.

Looking in the DB, the identity.AspNetUsers record is being updated with the new email address value, but the dbo.Users record is not.

I’m worried this will prevent the alerts from going out to the Org Admin account.
