Updating nukpg on Robot not working

Hello, I have a question and I would appreciate some help. @rkelchuri, @Ninett_Panfir, @ovi, @balupad14, @Florent_Salendres, @Rammohan91, @ClaytonM
I noticed that after I publish the process and go to UiRobot in the system tray, I first need to click the “Update” button, but it doesn’t do anything.
The button Start doesn’t appear.
How to proceed?

Try to restart Uipath Robot service and see.

Hello @lakshman,
how to restart it?
I check the C:\users.nuget\packages***** folder but anything is inside the folder of the bot published.
How can I solve the issue?

I can see that when i publish a project from studio the package gets created in “C:\Users.nuget” path and then the the process gets listed in the UiPath Robot Tray to download, i clicked that download icon and the Run button don’t appear

@CamiCat,

I said restart UiPath Robot service in your system.

Goto start → services.msc and then search for UiPath Robot and then restart it.
