Update Work Item Detail

Hi There,

I am stuck on creating the workflow to update the work item detail - the part where you insert the hashcode in the comment and select the new status.

I have tried everything. This workflow is absolutely impossible and I have used EXACTLY the selector described in the walkthrough to insert the status. It doesn’t work.

I have also tried using a type into with an k[enter] hotkey with a sendwindowmessage… Still nothing.

Would appreciate any tips folks! So frustrating to be so close but spending an entire day to type into a dropdown box…

Instead of opening popup use Navigate To

and selector for text area should be

<webctrl tag='TEXTAREA' />

Do not forget to attach browser in the start

For Status you can send hot keys

If this does not work you can use a click activity as well
