Update the field in a form in action center after submission

Hi Folks , I have a scenario -

I have a form in action center. Once that form is submitted in the action center… I processed that details in the SAP and the output of the SAP (Document number) should be updated in the same form in action center.

How can this be achieved? Any suggestions?

How do we update the field in the action center once it is submitted?

may I know why do you want to do that?

ideally you cannot if you are trying to update as well as the form is closed

Hi @Anil_G, We want to update the end user with the document number for his request.

once his request is submitted in the action center, we process that in SAP application. Once it is processed in the SAP, we get the document number on successful completion. We want to update the same number in the form.

ideally sending as an email or saving it else where would be an option as forms are to take inputs and not to record the data

okay. got it
The same can be done in Blueprism Interact. Hence our client were keen to do the it in Action center.
