Update the excel column value according to the filter

Hi,
I have an excel there i want to filter column response according to the the responses i have update the next column status.

I have tried
Dr=dt.select(“[response]=‘Remove’”) but its not working…
Can anyone please help me on this.

If you want to update excel only you can update it directly to excel. like this.
