Update process from Orchestrator Error

Hi @Soudios,

Can you make sure the Orchestrator and robot machine can communicate well; also ensure package is available on the local nuget folder. If none of the above works, then stop the Robot service and then start it again, then download the package from the Robot Tray manually.

How can i check if the package is on the local nuget folder ?

I can upload my package on orchestrator but when i want to download it on tray it doesnt work
