Update Orchestrator to 2023.10 not possible (Classic Folders)

When installing orchestrator 2023.10, we receive the following message:
“This Orchestrator version does not support Classic Folders and Classic Robots. Please migrate your installation to Modern Folders, delete your existing Classic Folders before upgrading.”

We migrateted the classic folders and deleted them (Automation Suite – Upgrade schlägt aufgrund von klassischen Objekten in der Orchestrator-Datenbank fehl)

We still receive the above message.

What could be the issue in this case?

Have you checked under Tenant > Folders to ensure there’s no classic folders which you don’t have access to, hence they’re not showing in the left menu?

And if you have multiple tenants, have you checked each tenant?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, I deleted all classic folders of the active tenants.
We still have some inactive tenants with classic folders. These could be the reason.
I will check it out and get back to you.

Yes, that was the reason. We had to delete the classic folders on all inactive tenants. 2023.10 is now installed :slight_smile:
