How to update (disable/modify) license expiry reminders?


To modify the license expiry alerts in Orchestrator, follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to your Orchestrator server and navigate to the installation directory of the Orchestrator ("C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator" by default).
  2. Open the "UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config" file and check the line:

<add key="SystemJobs.LicenseExpirationAlert.DaysBefore" value="180,90,30,14,7,1" />.

This is responsible for the alerts received for the license expiry date.

  1. Modify the key as per your requirements. If you want to disable the alerts completely, you can modify it to a blank value:

<add key="SystemJobs.LicenseExpirationAlert.DaysBefore" value=" " />.

  1. Save the file and perform an IIS reset (run the "iisreset" command in the command line prompt on the Orchestrator server).
  2. This should apply the changes you made and your alerts will be configured accordingly.
