Update failed and reinstall isn't possible

Hello everyone,

I’m a bit concerned because I’ve never had any issues updating Studio Community Edition until today.

First, the update failed.
Right after that, the Studio shortcut broke, and the software no longer appears in the Control Panel.

Then, when I downloaded and launched the UiPathPlatform.msi file, the installation failed again with this message:

Now I’m not sure what to do next.
Is there a way to reinstall it? Also, where can I find the log file?

You will have to do a clean reinstallation. Follow this video on how to do it. Though it is older one, I think it should work.

Hello, im trying the mentiones steps but have still a problem

yes, no method is working, i’ll try to get a previous version of the installer, hopefully that will work

You can’t get previous version of Community Studio. Latest is the only option you have.
