UiPath Apps returning 400 Error when trying to connect to On-Premise Orchestrator.
This error will arise in a specific scenario where an On Premise Orchestrator will have its credentials updated but this is not reflected in any cloud based UiPath Apps it is connected to.
It is a known issue and currently being documented and worked on. These steps are the current workaround for fixing this specific issue.
Resolution: In hybrid scenario (Apps in Cloud and On-Premise Orchestrator), if the password is changed for the credentials that is used in Apps for Orchestrator connection, the following should be done:
- Add a new process a dummy process from the same Orchestrator. While adding the process, key in the updated credentials
- Delete the dummy process later.
